There are three ways to get set up.

Each of these devices has a 12 digit code called a MAC address that you should be able to locate in the settings screens of these devices, you can sometimes also find this address printed directly on the device. Email these 12 digits to us at admin@charlottewi-fi.com along with your username and we will active it for you within 24 hrs.
No, if your home does not already have an active Ethernet jack to plug into, we can activate one for you. We can also convert one of your telephone jacks into an Ethernet jack as well. This is especially helpful in densely populated areas where wireless interference can be an issue.
Yes, simply plug your wireless router into a Charlotte Wi-Fi activated jack and it will work just like any other Internet connection.
Each model of computer is built differently, and some computer manufacturers choose to use weaker wireless components in order to make their computers’ battery last longer or use less energy. This can lead to some computers working better than others. In these cases, putting a wireless device in your home or plugging the computer into a jack is the best solution, and will often improve the performance of all of the computers in your home.

If you are having difficulties the best first step will be to connect via an Ethernet cable, if that solves your issue (in about 90% of the cases it does) you can then add your own wireless router in your home, this is a great solution for weak signals or local interference.
Simply log in to your account manager by going to: https://login.charlottewi-fi.com. From this site you can change your credit card, view your usage history, and terminate your service.
Absolutely yes, simple login to the account manger (see question 9) and change your address.
From the account manager, click on the support tab to view service updates
You will need to create your own wireless network to accomplish this (see question 5) and then follow the directions from the manufacturer of the router and printer that you are using.
